CNC Milling

We have 3 CNC milling centers with capacity up to 30" x 16". Using advanced fixturing we can greatly reduce setup and change over times from part to part saving you time and money, while adding precision to each setup. We can manufacture short runs and prototype parts to mid and large production runs of parts in the 10,000's.

Inspection

Our inspection department has a full set of standard measuring tools to include height gauges, gauge pins and blocks, thread go - no go gauging, micrometers, calipers and more. We also have industry specific gauges such as those used to measure picatinny rail form. Our standard procedure is to first article inspect at every setup and job. Additionally we can provide first article inspection reports and in process inspection reports per customer request.

Assembly

Upon customer request we can assemble sub and complete assemblies to customer specifications. This includes installing dowel pins, thread inserts, and other hardware.
